3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return please follow these steps

Ship the item to the return address we provide

You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will

Approve or reject the refund based on the condition of the item

If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days
If the return is due to our error such as a defective or incorrect item we will also refund the original shipping cost.
5. Exchanges

6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped the regular return policy applies.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product please email us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or offer a full refund including shipping costs.
